We confirm scope
We lock what is in and out, and flag anything unclear in the drawings before measuring.

You get the numbers
Color-coded markups, the Excel takeoff and, if you want it, the priced estimate.
- Bid day
We can submit it
On request we assemble the package, fill the bid forms and submit before the deadline.
Priced to your numbers, not ours
We do not impose a rate book. You give us your OH&P, your contingency and the tax that applies, and the estimate is built on those. The output is a bid you recognize as yours.
Prefer to price it yourself? Take the takeoff unpriced: quantities, sheets and details, with labor and material columns left for your rates.
