One set of bid documents for one bid. A commercial general contractor estimate that covers every trade on the job counts as one project, at the flat $249.
By who is bidding and what is being built. Any subcontractor or single-trade project is $199, residential or commercial. A residential general contractor project is $199. A commercial general contractor project, multi-trade, is $249. Anything over 50,000 SF is quoted before we start.
Each project past 20 is $199. Most monthly clients never need it, but it is there.
No long-term contract. The monthly plan and the marketing plan run month to month. Per-project work is paid per project.
3 business days for most projects, counted from the day we have the drawings and your markups. Projects over 50,000 SF get a date when we quote them.
New sending inboxes need about two weeks of warm-up before they can send at volume without landing in spam. Those two weeks are not counted in your month. If you need to start faster or send more, the extra warm-up is billed by email volume.
