A remote estimating and bid services firm, two years in, built around doing the parts of bidding that contractors run out of hours for.
Who we are
Apex Estimating & Bid Services has been operating for two years, working with general contractors and subcontractors on the work that happens before a job is ever won: finding it, measuring it, pricing it and getting the bid in.
We are US-based and work remotely with clients across all 50 states. Our past and current clients are in 9 states: Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Vermont, Rhode Island, New York, New Jersey, Texas and New Mexico. We run separate teams by trade type, plus a dedicated marketing team, so the estimating and the business development can run in parallel rather than competing for the same hours.

We learn your numbers
Your overhead and profit, contingency, tax rates, the trades you bid and the regions and job sizes you want.
- STEP 02
We source the work
We search your plan room subscriptions and bid boards, then bring you a shortlist that fits.
- STEP 03
We take off and price
Quantity takeoff for your scope, full pricing and a complete cost breakdown, bid forms completed.
- STEP 04
We submit and track
We assemble the package, meet the bid date and submit on your behalf.
How we hold ourselves
Your numbers, not ours
Every estimate is built on your OH&P, your contingency and the tax that applies. We do not substitute our own assumptions for yours.
Your subscriptions stay yours
You hold the plan room accounts. We work inside them on your behalf, so you are never paying twice for access.
We say what we are not
On government work we coordinate and furnish documentation. We are not a surety and not an insurance provider, and we will not blur that line.
